On the eve of St. Gregory Group’s 24th anniversary in the marketing and advertising business, we’re looking back at the changes that have taken place over the past year. Because St. Gregory Group is, first and foremost, about the people, this edition of the Year in Review is focused on the many happy transitions our staff have experienced this year, both personally and professionally.
A veteran ad man who helped shape St. Gregory Group, Russ Faust entered a well-deserved retirement after 32 dedicated years. Sound engineer. Scriptwriter. Account manager. Production workhorse. Voice talent guru. Producer. Mentor. Friend. Russ is a true Renaissance man; we’re still benefiting from his wisdom and laughing at his jokes.
In the biggest leadership shift in St. Gregory Group’s history, Kyle O’Daniel has been promoted from account leader to president. While company founder Pat Martin will remain highly involved as CEO, Kyle brings fresh strategies for St. Gregory Group’s next 24 years.
Meg Cannon joined the copywriting team in March after fifteen years in marketing and copywriting for a bookstore chain, then a small publisher, and finally co-leading the creative services department at a large media company. She loves the culture of collaboration, creativity and spirited debate at St. Gregory Group.
Designer Sarah Fisher and her family will be welcoming a new baby in January. Congratulations, Sarah!
Media Buyer/Traffic Manager Gail Back married Jeff Back in tropical Rockport, Texas. Mazel tov to the happy couple!
From all of us at St. Gregory Group, a very happy New Year to all the clients and friends who have shared the year with us.
